Still puke. And American engine does not belong in an Import car. let alone a Z! Now if it was a Nissan V8, I wouldnt care so much.

if it was going to be a drag car i could tell you, right now going to set it up with the s14 IFS and z32 calipers/hubs with z33 track edition rotors, maybe a r33 IRS, but i might just go with a short nose r200 and z32 CV's, hubs and brakes in the rear as well, then the cage gets made from there.

(as for VH's being possible to find for cheap, you may be able to find the motor, but what about the trans, clutch/fywheel, adapter plate, wiring harness, exhaust, engine mounts, trans mount. this is assuming its a 94-95 motor and not a 91-93 with dying/dead chain tensioners.

ontop of that list you would still be running an otherwise stock motor as well.

Doesnt hurt to daydream tho! Does it? lol
Either way I'm sticking with an L engine. I rather hate V8s, their a bigger pain in the *** then an L engine.

Yea I do believe the L series was designed in the early 60's. SBC are so reliable, and parts are so cheap and easy to get. Absolutely nothing to hate about them. My friend has had one in his Buick Skylark for 7 years now, over 150k miles and no problems.
Though I do love the sound of an inline six engine, you cant win the bang for the buck of a SBC.

I think this looks pretty good considering I've never polished anything before.

At least this way it'll look nice sitting on top of the manifold.

I shot someone last night, with a less then lethal shotgun round. They were tossing rocks at my house at 2 am Thankfully they didnt hit my Z or anything really breakable.
