most supersports share very similar 0-60 times cause of wheel stand, the ZX14 and busas's though are fat and long so they don't suffer from it as much which is why they do it in about 2 and a half, its all first gear getting up there and a 600 is much easier to keep planted with the lower TQ numbers. also, i didnt buy my grey s30. i made it. when i got it it was rusted underneath and in primer with an 80% finished restored interior. it was 1800. after hundreds of hours of labor and about 1200 dollars in parts, i sold it for 6k. and that was cutting a deal inho. i coulda gotten 8k if i held out (and the market didnt fall) and shoulda gotten 7k. but oh well...

 

also, i said AROUND.... thats giving half a second leniency about.

 

i should also add, 0-60 is hard to really measure on a bike as a fixed number, from research though on my bike specifically, seems 3.1 seconds is the consensus, though, how accurate can that really be honestly?

 

yeah that's true. it does depend on the rider.
