280ZXT - wasn't going to be a project...

If anything they would need to go together. The angle is a little decieving - the coil packs line up right under each spark plug. The outlet for the lower rad hose is angled back towards the firewall on the ZX but on the 240s it come out almost straight from the block which gives you a little more room.

Oh pretty ^_^. Just found this and am in the middle of MSing mine. Great read and so love the updates, can't wait for more ^_^. Out of curiosity, on your MS setup, are you just running your harness from a relay board or just straight into the engine bay from MS?

...and we have spark on all the coil packs! Going to build a modified harness for the coil packs now that everything seems to be working fine. No RPM signal though when I went to start it... strange. Didn't have the cap on but that shouldn't make a difference..... hmmm....

I was running through an adapter I built to the stock harness originally. Now I'm running through version 3 of my own custom harness built from scratch that integrates into the stock body harness. Version 4 should be in the car shortly...

Clocked like that you'll have to make a sharp 90* coming off the turbo though. My T3/T4 hybrid is clocked like stock and there's about 1/8" between the housing and bottom of the intake. Are you going to cut into the manifold for a wastegate port?

Yea it's the stock clocking from the Dodge it came off of. It would obviously need to be clocked so the oil inlet/outlet is verticle for starters. The first issue is finding a flange that will mate up to the exhaust because it's not a normal 3" outlet.... sigh....

Super Rad!
Dual 12" fans that will be controlled by Mega Squirt. I also have a relay circuit set up that will run them in series for low current draw/low speed or in parallel for hurricane force winds....

Did you end up mounting this good? If not, I have see lots on the valve cover itself! Looks clean as well, and not in the way of anything.

I think I've got it figured out but I removed it until I've got the new diyautotune optical wheel to run distributorless. I just got Slownrusty's wheel but I haven't had a chance to install it yet. I've got a 3.1l stroker turbo in a car I'm planing parting out that I want to swap into my NA. I also have three rebuild kits in the mail for my triple Mikuni's in the 240Z waiting on a rebuild. It may possibly be time to switch over to an electric fuel pump and regulator on the 240Z. I'm also rebuilding an engine bay harness for a friend's 510 and of course the Mega Squirt 3 wiring harness/kit for Slownrusty's car so squeezing in these projects is a bit of a challenge

440cc "green top" Bosch injectors awaiting a fuel rail. The moron in charge of this project ordered in an 11mm rail before he ordered in the injectors then ordered 14mm injectors.

Ah, They did seat all the way down?
I had a set of those style short pintle cap injectors and that top lip of the pintle was too big for the manifold injector port. Looking at your pics again, it does look like they seated all the way down. Are those 440's for the Mercedes?
