timing chain hitting

So after i took it apart a little bit ago I finally had everything perfect the lady was running GREAT! Then i get in my car and my timing chain starts hitting after 2 weeks of me driving it. So I take the valve cover off and everything seems in order. Chain is tight also. WTF!!!! What would you guys replace it has 220,000 miles. Or do you guys think i should just move it to position 2?

Its hitting something. Probably the guide on the right. It sounds kinda like marbles in the intake manifold and stops around 3rd gear. I'm wondering what should I look for? I'll try to get some pics and a video.
