timing chain hitting

So after i took it apart a little bit ago I finally had everything perfect the lady was running GREAT! Then i get in my car and my timing chain starts hitting after 2 weeks of me driving it. So I take the valve cover off and everything seems in order. Chain is tight also. WTF!!!! What would you guys replace it has 220,000 miles. Or do you guys think i should just move it to position 2? :017:

Its hitting something. Probably the guide on the right. It sounds kinda like marbles in the intake manifold and stops around 3rd gear. I'm wondering what should I look for? I'll try to get some pics and a video.

if it sounds like marbles.... maybe, just maybe its your water pump going out...

Just replaced the pump. I took a vid and it wont let me upload. Well when its at tdc its tight but when its not the right side is as loose at a hooker. Is this normal? :102:
