i bent my suspension arm assembly, and is that somethin you can bend back in place or do you have to replace????????????

All damaged suspension components should be replaced.
If you bend it back, it will have a weak point. One day it'll snap while you're driving 65 and hit a bump... end of Z and U!

bent parts

I would try a junk yard first, just be sure the one you find is not damaged and replace any bushings as well. Those usally dont go bad, just get damaged. If you happen to be in the Atlanta, Ga. area I know a yard that has a few Z,s.........
