Fiero is now mine. Engine is very strong. Suspension is tight. Put 980 miles on it since friday. I hit the jackpot with this thing. K&N air filter, MSD Blaster coil. Poly engine mounts. New full suspension, to include shocks, springs, and all bushings. new break lines as well. needs heater core, and elec door locks need grease. other then that, drove it away at 1700$

Cool man, nice looking Fiero. I always considered them baby Firebirds. Anyway, what year is it? It would have to be from the '90's somewhere.

 

You ever need any parts for that let me know, there are like 15-20 of those at one of the local junkyards.

try finding a 86-88 Fiero that's sound in EVERY WAY and in my price range and within 500 miles. I had to take what i could find. i'll fix the auto later, along with the ever so popular Series II or III 3800 SC. that'll fix things.

For someone who uses this site almost exclusively for peddling your made at home Z parts, the above comment was pretty tasteless and not needed. Sabotage a sale much?

But to address such a comment, good luck finding one as clean as mine is. Mine is showroom clean. Maybe in backwater Louisiana thats a lot to ask for this car....but here, its fair. Plus it's open for negotiations.

 

So I was looking at some another Z31 for sale and I came across another listing of a very nice red Z 31 on a different forum.

Zachary felt the urge to sabotage this lady's sale as well under a different screen name, posting a similar comment about the price.
I remember before I even posted my car there, I noticed his comment, not knowing it was the same person. "Incredibly rude" I thought to myself.....

Come on man. You obviously use these Z forums to move your products. We do too. We don't need that kind of input. Have some class.

 

well he is kinda right the only thing you have going for you is how clean it is and the fact that it's a slicktop. you do have to remember that the z31 community is not the richest community if we all had money we would be driving twin turbo supras and rx7's.learn to not get butt hurt on the forums there are so many interwebs bullies you're lucky az-zbum hasn't gotten ahold of this post! and OMG really you think people are out there making up fake names to bash people? im pretty sure that it was someone else who felt a similar way as ZA and posted. and AZ actually sells great products that the z31 community wouldn't otherwise have, he is not peadling he is helping the community in ways you could never imagine so shut up and hope to hell that someone will buy your overpriced N/A Z!!!

 

I don't know if its overpriced. There was a clean N/A Z31 here in town that a dealer had which they sold for $7,995. Of course this is Illinois, where the shortage of old Zs drives up the prices.

 

All I am going to say is that, I gave honest opinions whilst being tactful. I will also, once again, reiterate that "Hopefully you are able to reach your asking price"

There are threads here in the FS section of this forum that moderators have even come out and said "that's really high", etc.

I'm going to disregard the slights about my products and my home state, although I am flattered that you think I have CNC machine capabilities in my garage.

 

Okay guys, let's relax, and let the man sell his Z. And for what he wants to sell it for. You never know, somebody may bite on his price. He probably deep down, doesn't want to get rid of it 100%. I know it would be tough for me, to sell any of my Z's. Anyway, let's keep it civil, and be nice to each other.

 

I'm going to butt in here as I've owned quite a few z31's. First off is where are the pics of the engine bay? Where are the rest of the pics of the interior? If you claim it's showroom put the pics where your mouth is. Last thing is the price, yeah it's clean, but it's still an N/A and doesn't have anything really going for it except it's a slicktop and being here in cali, clean z31's are a dime a dozen. Hell I picked up a mint 89 turbo with 118k miles on it for $1200 and it's pretty much showroom. I could honestly see your car selling for $2500-$3500 if you found the right buyer, but in cali you are going to have some STIFF competition at that price.

 

It doesn't take rocket science to figure out they are the same person. It's very obvious if you make a few mouse clicks. And yes, apparently people do go out of their way to bash a sale. 2 cases in point prove that. Well atleast one person does anyway...
The point is, i could be asking the moon for my z, and if someone who is interested thinks im asking too much, it should be in the form of a private message by the interested party. Yes you gave your honest opinion Zachary, but it was certainly not tactful.
And tonsoffun, you are on an another level of childishness that I don't think I need to point out or even dignify any further. Unbelievable.
If a moderator feels that I'm asking too much or whatever, leave it to the moderator to tell me. Otherwise, to quote every mom in the wold "if you can't say anything nice...." I see plenty of things for sale all of the time that I may have an opinion about,
But in the interest of being a decent person, I keep it to myself and have faith that the person interested has the wherewithal to figure out that it either is or isn't worth their money.
I sell a decent amount of my old things via forums such as this. I've never run into anything like this before....
Oh and btw it sold just today for 100 less than my asking price by a very appreciative person. No BS.

Good luck in your endeavors Zachary...Hopefully no one sabotages your sales of your fine products. I mean that.

dealers always sell cars for more than what there are worth it's called profit but yeah i agree with you but at the same time how many N/A z31's being sold by private parties were that high priced? my guess is none jest let jetf@g believe in his conspiracy theroies that people create accounts just to bash other people.
