Still alive! But have literally sold everything nissan I own. I moved from socal to north dakota though. Trying to decide if I should pick up a new R1 or a GTR.

 

Both will do so well on the roads of ND! What's it... -294*F 10 months of the year up there?

Spent a winter in Glacier national park, very cold there, so close to the Canadian border. The Going-to-the-Sun Highway had a snow drift over 145 deep, one of the 1st summers it never melted completely, so you couldn't do the Canadian loop part. Killed a deer in a new truck... screwed it up pretty good, took out the grill, hood, windshield, booth passenger doors and rolled down the side of the bed. One little deer, so much damage, thank goodness it was a company truck.

Yo PredatorZ... do you live downtown Boise? I went there on a business trip two years ago and ate breakfast at Goldy's, just down from the capitol building. Best breakfast I've ever had.

 

Not to far away really, Ill have to try it... always nice to hear someone enjoying a visit to Boise. Folks here try pretty hard to go the extra mile in making it a good place to live and visit. But as you know, a lot of the same kinda people from your area as well.

 

Finally, I can go to bed... zzzz got my 300 posts. Best part about posting is, I have to do a lot of research to get some of the answers, and wouldn't you know, its all making sense and I'm starting to get more comfortable with fixing these cars. Thanks to everyone who has ever helped or commented on my threads, I always appreciate the help and input. Night all... Peace

 

1/2 an acre with a self propelled mower, arg but it smells great outside now. Going to Goldy's for breakfast tomorrow, always nice when a "foreigner" gives a local dining advice. Thanks Nismopick ! This is my Friday (4 - 10"s, and a 3 day weekend) So I can have a late breakfast and run some errands in the morning.

OMG, that fruit plate looks yummy ! Watching utube vids of goldys atm

 

Just got back, stuffed myself with stuffed french toast, had walnuts and cinnamon apples in between. Kinda felt bad, took up an entire table solo, but the staff was awesome, great service.... coffee was excellent too, and very fancy looking !

 

Cool! It was a long wait when I stopped in, so I took a seat at the bar / counter. If I lived in Boise, I'd probably eat there every morning...
