im good, we get a nice little 6 mile run to warm us up, then do muscle failure, then eat chow, formation at 0900 then we train until 1200 take lunch and resume training at 1300 then train till 1630 and then we are released.

 

all athletic training? you are going to be a bad ***.

 

for the most part. since we dont have weapons or vehicles we are stuck with doing 10-12 mile 50 pound ruck marches in the franklin mountains and just general PT and paperwork.

 

racing vintage automobiles including datsun 240 z and others---VARA i believe unless it is the other antique auto racing sanction -----is part if fleet week---navy's big send -off.......
