no it has TWO CYLINDERS! not a TWO CYCLE as in as in it has a combustion every time it reaches TDC unlike a 4 cycle where its every other TDC/cycle

Yeah but when I got it the throttle was locked up, it had syrup in the carbs, the starter was shot, the brakes were shot, the fork seals were shot, the rear shocks were shot...there were no inner tubes in the tires, the battery was shot and it had 2 year old gas in the tank. Took me almost two weeks and it was running again after 2-2 1/2 years of just sitting.

 

so you have 2 motor cycles in one? OMG THATS AWESOME!!!!!!!

and btw i saw kawasukis and thought 2 cycle... all we have round here is dirt bikes

 

that's cool. i could deal. how much did repairs cost? i know where there's a wrecked (not too bad. smashed the guages and pegs and stuff but i think it's strait) 650 that looks just like yours. 4cyl i think. i could prob get it free. but probably at least $500 to fix everything. and that's IF it's strait.

harly's are OHV motors as in push rod singe cam overhead valve motors that are twin cylinder four strokes... just when i thought you werent so bad... japanese sports pikes are DOHC inline four cylinders also FOUR STROKE. dirtbikes are the only single cylinder motor i can think of on the market these days they can be four stroke or two stroke, triumphs are inline three cylinder motors DOHC also four stroke. and european sport bikes are usuall V twin cylinder motors that actually ARE a DOHC motor, but still four stroke. i want to punch you in the face

Huh? You are killing me man. Harley = V-Twin, Twin Cam = Two Camshafts, Twin Cylinder = Two Pistons, Two Stroke = Dirt Bike, Four Cycle = Clean Clothes.

 

it was probably a dual sport then which is a big dirtbike for the street. otherwise you probably couldnt see the other cylinder.

 

You may have...Suzuki makes the Boulevard S40, What used to be the Savage 650, a 650cc single piston cruiser...a bike at one time I was going to get...also, it is an air cooled engine.

 

sorry thought zxone said cycle not cyl.... not big on bikes, no ones ever had one in my family after my brother wrecked his old sazukis... all i have been around is 2 cycle dirt bikes and my friends loud *** 4 cycle kawisakis (i think its got brembo brakes if that lets you know what kind)
