Hi new to forum but been reading for awhile, i have a 93 na in which i pulled the motor out and swapped with a 90tt in which i rebuilt with new bearings and rings, gaskets, and belts, new plugs, and coils, wire harness. Well my problem is when i start the car for the first time it will start up no problems, but after it warms up the car it will start to stumble and will stall out. After that the car is hard to start up. I've switched many parts like cas, ets. ecu, coils, plugs, ive every but in my na ecu and it did the same thing dose anybody know what might be going on with my car. please help. Thanks.

 

Sound just like a PTU fault. Do you have a series 1 or 2 PTU? Located on the left front timing cover (unless the US cars are different).

 

Series 1 on the left (trouble) or series 2 on the right (good one)

 

I've got 4-5 PTU's I'm selling for $40 shipped each.

 

I got one. $39 takes it home.

 

Do you ship international and does the PTU comes with its harness?? i may be interested

I have a series 2 and that's about the only think i haven't replaced and it came off the bad motor i don't remember what i did with my na one most have toss it.
hoov100 how do i get one of those ptu off of you, do you have a web site or something.
