Okay so I have a situation here. I have a running 1984 50th AE that has a automatic transmission that I just hate and I have a 1985 N/A that's manual. Is it possible for me to use the 85's tranny and what should I be aware of being different when trying to hook up
It up as far as electrical switches go.

 

yes but there is a lot more stuff to worry about than electrical switches. clutch hydraulics, drive shaft, interior console, flywheel, pedals.

 

Yeah but is it compatible? The 50th is digital dash but the 85 is analog
