Actually, you're wrong, I meant anticlimactic. If you're gonna correct spelling errors, make sure your spelling is correct (there's no hyphen)

SORRY that you guys didn't get the results you were looking for o.0
Hopefully i'll have another race to tell you about sometime.

I do however have a funny story to tell, once again about that silver mustang thats always trying to show off to me.

Today after school i was getting in my car waiting for my friend to come cause we were hanging out, Mustang rolls up in front of me and he calls my name and he revs his engine, im like get your pu*** a** car outta here and i look over to my right and theres an SS camaro parked there and the kid looked at me and nodded his head in agreement with me and i got in and starte my car. I want to race the kid with the SS sometime, i drive by him like at least once a day.

meh, the only reason i had brought it up is that i had recently been involved in an argument over whether or not that extra "c" was there. a co-worker insisted that it was climatic, and she actually had a dictionary in her locker because she is a spelling ****. she was rather emberrased when she learned that she was wrong.

and as for the camaro SS, unless he shifts into R by mistake, you will almost assuredly get your *** stomped.

I know the trans am WS-6's stock ran mid 13's in the quarter mile. Didn't the Camaro SS have the same motor/tranny set up?

I assume you're talking about 170 KPH rather than 170 MPH right? probably the reason your tale was called into question. You have to remember to remind us Yanks that you're writing to us all from the land down under.

Rod.

yes 170 km/h, could give some BS and say 170 mph! nope, well just got microtech installed and tuned with larger injectors and added my water spray setup, shes at the tuning shop as we speak, new turbo is getting bolted on in the next 2 weeks (gt35r) i am actually not looking foward to this one, as i have to fab a pipe to mount the turbo in the battery tray and have some room for the external wastegate... wish me luck.....

Soz bout the thread steal, will post dyno results when i pick up the car in a couple days.

While you guys are on it I figured I share my part. This sort of "internet lingo" that people use today is horrible. A friend was showing me some text messages on his phone, I couldn't understand a damn word that they were saying.

Anyway it's too bad the race never happened. What do you guys know about the regular Chevy Camaro Z28 auto. How is that car? My friend has one and he brags and brags about how it's so fast, how it supposedly has 305HP, how it can do 0-60 in 5.2 seconds, so on and so forth. He of course will not use the accelerator and for any of you that watch Initial D, he told me that his Camaro requires "Keisuke like accelerator techniques". I refrained from punching him in the teeth, but anybody know how the S130 or Z31 turbos stack up against the Z28? We need to get someone to race something.

I really miss my Z31. That's not to say I don't like the 280ZX, I love it, but I miss that Z. It was my first.

Ok guys I got an 87 300z turbo with 10 psi an intercooler and cai and exhaust and I also have a 1980 camaro z28 with sbc 350 head intake carb and cam. I would never even dream of being able to beat my z28 with my 300. I can max the speedo on my 300 pretty quick or at least til speed governor hits. But my camaro is stupid like I can honestly hit 100 mph in less than 3 blocks and burn the tires through every gear without trying. Not to mention it can hit 40mph just crossing a street.... I like my 300 but I would not recommend trying to race a muscle car in a strait line unless you have alot of stuff done to it

wow d00d... i wish i had a car that could do 40 crossing the street...

Actually, I have no idea what that means... did you drive on the crosswalk, and onto the curb?

And we keep adding FAIL to this super old thread that was deep sixed back to 2005.
