I currently own a 1982 280zx automatic. My a/c would run for a while then cut off and on. Someone told me the freon was low. I just had the freon loaded. Also was told the relay was bad. I replaced the relay under the hood that is located on the right if sitting in the car. Don't know what else to do. Is there any other relays I need to check??
Help Please

If you have the automatic climate control and the temp is set to a medium temp, the interior temp sensor tells the unit to cut off until the temp rises again.

When this happens, does your fan still blow or does everything seem to cut off?

ah this sounds like your blower needs replacing.. mine is screwy.. sometimes it wont want to work and ill have to tap it to kick back on.. it sits under the glovebox.. right under the panel with the interior light.. remove the panel and youll see the motor.. mine seems to have a bad electrical connection and that may be what it is.. or your motor went out..
