Tensioner

Alright, Im takin the head off and I don't want the tensioner popping off again. I know there is a tool you can get to stick into the timing cover to keep the tensioner from popping off. If anyone knows the name of the tool, where to get it, and about how much it cost I would love to know. Or if someone can give me an idea on how to make one can you give me tips. Thanks guys

hunk of 1x2 cut down to 1 1/4 about 7 to 8 inches long drill a hole in it and attach a rope to remove when done. Any piece of one by cut to 1.25 will do.
