Loss of compression

So I figured out my engine was 180 out. Prior to fixing it, I did a compression test. (Finger over the hole lol) individually and I had compression in all 6 cylinders. I had a relative come over and he took all 6 spark plugs out at the same time and there was no compression in any cylinder. Timed the engine correctly and then I had some compression in 3 through 6 but no compression in 1 or 2.

Took the head off and the pistons look like this

Thats the intake valve and its like that on every cylinder.

So why is only the intake valve hitting? The valves don't appear bent. I'm going to check that now. Just wanted to post this up first. If the valves are bent I'm just going to replace the head.

EDIT: The valves are not bent. Still have yet to figure out the sudden loss of compression.
