So I can't drive my Z until I have the new TT engine in and yesterday on the way to get my inspection done on my Saturn, the engine dies because the idle just dropped.
Tried starting it again and wasn't able to until I pushed the gas all the way down then when it finally came on it, of course, revved really high and then it sounded like I had an exhaust leak. I was able to get it to the shop but at each light I had to hold the rpm's at 2 grand (which in a manual transmission is a PITA) or the idle would drop rapidly and the engine would die. I now own two cars and neither of them are drivable.
Any suggestions?

What model Saturn?

I own a 98 SL2... they are a piece of cake to work on, especially compared to a Z32TT. Do an OBDII scan to check codes...

 

Its a 95 SC2. And they did the diagnistics on it at the shop and said it was the tps but I just replaced it. :\
Well, that and the fuel system was supposedly dirty.
