Question Vehicle Dynamics

Anybody know a good book that describes in depth the dynamics of a automobile?

I am thinking of designing a stability/traction control system for my s130 as part of my Grad studies project....

I've found these books on amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/Fundamentals-V.../dp/1560911999
http://www.amazon.com/Race-Car-Vehic...ref=pd_sim_b_2
But they are a little expensive for a students budget to buy without knowing how good they are.... I've had enough of expensive and crappy text books

Also, anybody recommend a good book on working with carbon fiber.

Thanks

Wish my books for school were that cheap... Sorry I can't help you but hopefully someone can!

The second book is good. Check your local library. They might actually have it or can get it from another branch. I was able to check that book out and skim through it but was never able to read through the whole thing.

Thanks for the suggestion about a library... unfortunately I just checked, they don't seem to have anything in what I am looking for specifically. But I did find some other interesting books to check out!
