looking to get a new vehicle

I daily drive a 02 eclipse...i know chick car. o well. I found a local car lot thats very friendly. They have 06 Nissan Titan LE Crew Cab dark blue. Iv always loved titans and for some reason i like the short beds. The car has 60k miles on it. seems a bit high. They want 15k for it but if i trade in my eclipse its 12,250. payments of 345 a month. Not to bad i think. it comes with gap and 2 year warranty. What yall think? im kinda stuck on it and i have been looking for a titan for some time. The car has some minor scratches and dings. They dont bother me to much bc i can fix all that. im still deciding if i wanna get it or not? not a z but at least its a nissan right? also think of all the z parts and z's i can haul

idk, I don't like the wheels, at all... And idk about you, but I've carried 99% of the parts I've bought for my ZX IN my ZX lol (full set of wheels with mounted tires on one trip... engine block, two heads, two flywheels, two clutch plates, and three or 4 other boxes of engine parts on another trip, and a block and a crank on another trip...)

same...i think the rims should go...but its yours choice. i would rather choose a chevy but...its all your pref. or if you want a hauling truck get a diesel. like a cummins. not so much fords but the 6.0l turbo diesle and the 7.3l turbo arn't bad. i love chevys and all i will rock a chevy and a z till i die but...not so much on the diapermax.

i think its one of the best trucks you can get. decent MPG and great power. those wheels however defeat the purpose of having a truck, so sell them. i love titans, and trucks are very handy. however after about 3 months you'll bitch about gas. lol. you should get a diesel dually if you want a manly truck haha. but yeah DD'ing trucks blows for gas thats about it.

listings aren't to accurate. it will get to you trust me. it gets to everyone. my dads buddy owns a roofing siding business and bought a ranger so he didn't have to drive the dodge everywhere. just a normal 2500 i think to. my buddy has an older 1500. they just get anoying to fill up.

so you did the trade already? I dont' see how a 2002 Eclipse could only get $2750 trade-in. Those things must be worthless.

I'd never get a huge V8 truck for a daily driver. Why not get a 4-cyl Nissan Frontier? They can haul plenty of parts and get way better millage. 19 highway is crap! "Decent" gas millage is averaging 30mpg. None of my cars get decent gas millage.

Getting 30mpg is not averaging 30mpg. My 350Z can get 31mpg on a flat highway. It never averages that millage over a full tank of gas.

i was a little surprised but i did have a all alpine sound system. (head unit, tweeters, 5 3/4, 6x9 and two 10s with two amps) im not to worried about gas. My job is 10 miles away from my house + we use company trucks. Yes its a daily and i more then often had to use parents Tundra. anyway the truck feels and runs great. Thanks for the inputs but this truck felt like me. Dont worry the z is still under the garage port waiting for a transplant.

Being on agreement with what most people have said. Those fugly wheels got to go. Those are hideous, and too flashy and chromy. Of course I am not a big fan of Tundras, or Titans to begin with. But to each his own. Too bad, you got raped on your Eclispe. You should have tried to sell it on the street. Car dealerships, always rip people off on trade-ins. Quite a sad state.

I hear you there man. I meant no offense to you. I really didn't know what Eclispes were worth. So I guess, you didn't do too badly on the trade-in. As for the wheels...I hear you. Like I said...to each his own.
