Upgrading Turbo's

Ok so my cousin is going to sell me his 92 Lexus SC300 for $600. Runs great, but AC doesn't work, trunk won't open, interior is a little rough, and the windshield is smashed and needs to be replaced. Heck of a good deal if you ask me. This will turn into my daily driver.

So I've got to replace the turbos since one is almost locked up and I'm sure the other won't be too far behind. I want to go ahead and upgrade while I've got the motor out (again). Question is what should I go for? Thought about doing the hard pipe upgrade and BOV upgrade as well. When I'm done I'm only going to run 15 psi. I'm only looking for 400-450 hp.

Upgrades I have already are: z1 dual intake, z1 upgraded ecu, and custom exhaust. Does anyone think the power goal is achievable with the turbos, hard pipe, and BOV upgrades?

I was thinking about the z1 hard pipe kit with the HKS SSQV BOV's. Any ideas on turbo brands?

Won't be doing the fuel injectors this time around. Maybe the next project.

Now that I read those posts I'm stuck between the Z1 GT525 Turbo's and JWT Sport 500's. All upgrades I have so far are Z1 so should I stick with Z1 or would the JWT's be better?

Well I've been looking around on the internet here lately looking for some turbo's and I came across some Garrett Turbo's.
