i have the entire exhaust off except the stock DP's coming out of the turbo's.
the starter just sucks.was following the write up on tt.net and it said remove the window heat shield off the starter, i did, and it basically did nothing, did not even need to take it off to get to the lower bolt, helped none on the top, and that heat shield was a BITCH too bc it has a bolt on top as well...

will try stubby wrench, thanks (that is what tt.net says also, just havn't gotten around to trying it yet with my return to school, + work)

I have those cheaper downpipes,

paid 160$ for them,so far so good, no problems with them, welds are intact and they have been run hot. It's only been a couple months but summer months, i'll see how they fair after a winter.
