Z32 VG30DETT doesn't crank or start ! Please help!

I got this car from my uncle because he doesn't want it anymore.

It's a 1991 z32 Twin turbo

He told me it's the fuel injectors but before I go out and spend a ton of money on the injectors, what other problems could it be? Or how can I make sure it IS the fuel injector? I'm currently recharging the battery and maybe a obd test will tell me what's wrong..? Any input would be appreciated. It's my first z32 and my first tread. I apologize if I sound dumb but please don't bash me . :/

Z32 have OBD 1 Ecu, the ECU has a red light that will flash the code and can also be seen flashing on the instrumental cluster as the check engine light. Once you get power and started you can OHM test the injectors to see if they meet OEM specs. If injectors are bad I would advise getting all new injectors. I would recommend getting NISMO if you plan on modifying the car.

Is it standard or automatic? If standard you may have a bad clutch safety relay. Located in the drivers side fender well against the firewall. Just an idea. It could be any number of things.
