Zlover I think you'd appreciate this pic more

HAHA! This pic makes me laugh so freakin hard I saw it on a 240sx forum and I couldn't stop laughing!

Whats wrong with the thread I know were discussing something other than what the topic stated is but I looked and don't believe I can re-name the thread.

Also whats wrong I wanted to discuss and learn how to make out cars reach higher speeds, and bow to to it safely and with stability.

Thanks for everyones input so far!

unrelated side note for Zlover- I drove the Z tonight and last thursday. I drove it harder tonight then last week and my temp guage stayed in its normal position (just below or right at the middle mark (can't rememebr exact spot but I know it was where it always reads at) It wasnt for too long of a drive though. I'll post a new thread after I make a trip over 30 miles or so during the day when its a little warmer out.

I did not say anything about putting T28 cartridges in stock housings, but replace the entire turbo (both of them is even better) I was wondering whether it was a good (or sh*tty) idea when I did it. But 5 years later they are still fine. Keeping the standard T25s in even a TT with no mods is not a great idea, they blew on my first one, and the second, and as I say the T28s have been fine since they went in in 2003 so no need for me to read up on anything other than the dyno readings of course!!

I appreciate things are a little different over that side of the pond (nissan UK did not bother to bring in even one 300ZX N/A!) but you can take your car to racetracks and testing grounds over here, I did have access to a brand new road when I tested out, no idea how fast I went as the speedo only goes up to 180 and I was off the end, perfectly safe thank you all for your concern.

Germany is a short drive away, you may have heard of autobahns, no speed limit but too much traffic. If I were in the USA I would be off to speed week at the drop of a hat

Is that why when I hit 155 my fuel system clicks off and forces me to slow down? Huh...here I thought it was a limiter when all that was happeneing was I was running out of gear.

I think you're being sarcastic, but just in case... keep reading and look at the link I posted. napoleonzheking was wrong - mechanical top speed for the NA is 167 if the limiter is eliminated... 155 is the limiter.

Which would thereby make you feel obligated to make yourself a BETTER person...so in the long run I'm actually making the world a better place! I'm a saint!!
