i removed all the hoses and wires i could see
i can on the left side move it and wiggle it so i think thats all unbolted
but the timing belt-bracket?= is connected to both
and the other one is budging
is there sumthing im missing on the underside ?
or is there sumthing just hidding im missing
or is it an obvious thing?

Just in case you haven't noticed, the heads are connected to each other via a timing belt. Since your post doesn't mention that the timing belt has been removed, I thought it worth bringing it to your attention.
The intake must also be removed. Again, you didn't mention this was already done.
You should be at this point (with the timing belt rear cover plate also removed) before attempting to remove the heads.
Also, if you don't already have a Haynes manual, go drop the $20 to get one. Best investment you'll make if you plan on doing a lot of your own work.
