fuel injectors

im thinking of replacing my stock fuel injectors
is there a brand thats really good or anything?
is there a brand you all have that you like particularly well?
also wat about spark plugs? same goes for that 2!!

thanks for the help

p.s. also is there anything special i need to know when replacing the fuel injectors? or is it just remove and replace?

Nissan fuel injectors are the best. At least, for stock replacements.

For plugs, the regular NGKs work best in the Z31.

yeah go with stock...is this a turbo? if not just go with nissan oem...if it is turbo (i dont remember if it is or isnt) then you you can always upgrade the size of them.

You can get fuel injectors for the Z31 lots of places... AutoZone, Checker, NAPA, MSA, here's a link to BDA injectors: http://www.blackdragonauto.com/icatalog/z/0078.html
