I have an 84 turbo 50th AE and it says they came with an open diff but i consistently lay down two tire marks when i drift/burn out...anyone got an answer for me?

 

'cuz both tires are losing traction...

Simple method to check for LSD:
-Raise rear of car off ground. Turn one wheel while looking under the car at the other wheel. If it spins the SAME direction, then it has LSD. If it spins the OTHER direction, then it has an open diff.

 

The factory LSD's have aluminum heatsync fins on them (atleast the VLSD does)

hopefully it doesnt have a phantom grip in it or welded diff
