find a turbo car wreck and transplant the gear needed to make it a turbo. I don't know where you found those numbers. vin should start JN1CZ xxxxx. Model is KHLZ31xxxx. go to msa and look they have a chart to show what is what.

Unless that z31 is really clean and low mileage I wouldn't pay that much for an N/A.

Granted, rust and shape usually are determined by what part of the country you live in, but I picked this beauty up for $1200, it's an 88T with all the options. Take your time and search for the right car if it's your first one.

Its Really clean wearing OG paint and mint interior, Its loaded only thing it doesn't have is that spoiler yours does and the turbo.

Its got around 140k on it and no rust underneath Just a tiny bit at the bottom corner of the rear wheel's(from the wheel kicking water up i guess)

I'm in Canada and the cars tend to suffer around here~its hard to find one in this kinda shape and only 3 owners,I should be picking her up tomorrow!!!

I'm just wondering if their's a way to turbo the stock motor without a parts car~

Hello fellow Canadian

I went the old turbocharging my N/a car route, and I will tell you that it would be simpler and cheaper and easier to just get a turbo motor from somewhere. There is a way to do it, there is always a way, but it will break your pocket piecing together to make it a turbo, reliable turbo car.
Good luck.

Hiya ^.^

I'm not really in a rush to turbo it,im set on using getting this car and keeping the stock engine But i really do want the Boost~I was searching around and it keeps saying Im gonna need a new cross-member

But I haven't been able to find Any info about using the original cross-member,I do remember hearing something about ditching something to make room for the turbo, but i dont remember what

edit: Remember we ARE in Canada...abundance of parts is unreal, anything you need and have to order from US adds up due to shipping costs, customs and taxes if need be. I have ordered a lot of parts from the US and I cringe when sometimes shipping is as much as the part

Crossmember is easy as it's just 12 bolts to completely remove it, if you are close to the border I would recommend getting/borrowing a truck and just buying everything over here and driving it back. Although it's really not hard to piece together everything for the swap/

Go to your local parts store and get a Haynes manual it should help you out a lot with things like that should only be about $20
