Overheats when running AC

It always runs at halfway, otherwise, and always used to run at halfway, even when the AC was on, even on 100 degree days...until...I took it to a f*cking shop that sucked a plastic f*cking bag into the condenser fan, then claimed no f*cking responsibility for it afterward. GRRRRR!!!
So, I found a new conderser fan that works fine, but it still tries to overheat on me when I run the AC on those high 80 to upper 90's days. What the hell is it? Is it just time for a new radiator? (It seems to flow just fine. I can open the cap and see furious flow!) Is there something else I'm not thinking about that could be causing this? This was NEVER a problem until that plastic bag burned up my condenser fan. I feel that it's all their fault, since it never had this problem before that ridiculously exensive repair, that had nothing to do with the f*cking AC in the first place! If I thought I could prove that the parts bag came from their shop, I'd sue the f*ckers!

Yeah, I rinsed it out the best I could, but didn't take everything apart or anything. The AC works fine. This is strictly an overheating problem (which only shows up when the engine is under more stress, pushing the AC compressor), as far as I'm concerned.

Well, If memory serves theres a cooler like thing for the AC normally in front of the radiator. If that thing is getting super hot when the AC is on, thats keeping the engine's radiator from doing its job pretty much. hence the overheating.

Yeah, the AC condenser. It looks pretty clean, really. I'm kind of wondering if the fan clutch is just a bit weak, or something.
