Bad piston rings??

Well, Lately I have been smoking quite a bit. Its white not blue, but it does smell really rich. It smoke more under acceleration than decel. Its always there, sometimes heavier than other times. Ill try and post videos, let me know what you guys think.

Blue smoke means it's burning oil (toasted rings or valve seals).

White smoke means it's buring coolant, but can also mean it's running rich.

Have you pulled the ecu codes?
Compression check?

No relevant ecu codes, just 14, 23, and 24.
Have not checked compression yet, waiting till payday to buy a compression tester. Smoke does not smell "sweet" so i didn't think i was burn coolant, levels stay consistent. But then again i could be mistaken as well. Smoke smell more like a way rich mixture imho.
