Piston Rings
I thought I'd start a new thread, based off some discussion on the freeze plug thread I started a little while ago.
Alan, you mentioned you use 1mm ductile iron rings, I got the scoop on my setup (JE's) originally bought from Malvern, and I was able to order a replacement set from a local distributor.
top ring - 1mm, carbon steel, chrome face
2nd ring - 2mm, cast iron
I did a little searching and found a pretty good link:
