Zandvoort in the rain!! now MSA next weekend

Yeah it started raining .. as track drivers might know .. a track gets ten times more slippy !! and it did ! i have some rain pics aswel .. but here it started ..

In the corner before this i had to drive overs ome dirt caused by another spin .. That combi with rain and slicks .. is no good !!

When it still was dry !!

I was on the heels of this ****** for 3 rounds !

As you can see i need stiffer springrates on the back

As you can see the track got wet !

(what a top fotographer BTW !)

The car started to slide foreward.. so i decided to set it 180 and roll out of the corner backworth ASAP !!! as if you check the site ... loads of cars followed my example !! ( i.e. not the place to sit and watch the cars go by!)

And rolling back

And then get out !

If you like pictures you can order them he is great !

This is the A1 GP track Zandvoort !

looks like someone had a good time, looks like you need smaller sway bar in front and some stiifer springs all around, but nice save!

The car is pretty stiff however i was hammering it there ( slicks ) ( note i do not carry my car around, as i was keeping up with diffrent breed cars)

the swaybar is super upfront ROCKS ( why is that i need smaller one in your opinion ? ).. however especialy in the rear the springrate has to go up a notch or two .
However sqaud is bound to happen due to trailing arms.. the only thing i want, so i agree, is stiffer springs .. it has revalved koni yellows on it !.. SO lets hope i find something on the yards!

But Yeah lets keep it balanced.. to stiff would make the *** slide all over the place agian !

if you look at this pic, it looks like the front is to stiff, because of all the body roll. the stiffer rear springs should help dramaticly, but it looks like the front swap bar is keeping the front suspension stable, but its throwing your back end into hell, with that sway bar its stiffing up the front of the car so much, that its making the rear end loose, you could propably cure this with the stiffer rear springs in the rear and maybe tightening up the rear sway bar? or maybe even just go down a notch of the front.

acording to these pics..

I think the skyline is the car farthest ahead. Too bad Frank is so far behind. His car is so bright. I really like the yellow on his 280zx. Also what front air dam is that? I like the looks of it. Kinda stock, but a little different.

Can anyone tell me what airdam that is on Frank's 280? I'm interested in possibly getting that style airdam. Unless I'm retarded and that's just a stock one.

It's stock. But he's got the non-US style bumpers. They dont have the rubber blocks sticking out so it makes it look a lot cleaner.

yep canada uses the same crash rating as the states, actually ours is higher, thats why we couldnt get the mitsubishi eclipse(now we can), or the ford gt.(now we can) in years gone by
