Is this good enough just to keep **** off the car (just dust off the top). Im not really worried as I have to do polish after so I'll have to touch the paint surface over again, but I just put some plastic sheeting over the top for now I guess, I didnt want anything heavy rubbing on the paint. At least for now, Im leaving tomorrow at 5 am so I just slapped this on. (and yes I am leaving for real this time )

yup skully, good enough, cause your polishing anyway, you could use branches from a tree if you wanted, and you better get that thing done for next years meet, i wanna see it, you know the more time your away from it, the less of a chance of finishing it!!

That oughtta work. I used to have a soft canvas car cover for mine, but it got too dirty to put back on, so I just use old bed sheets.

Yeah thats what I tought since i gotta buff it anyways...yeah I was thinking, depends where I find a place to live, If it has a garage to ask the owner if I could just get the engine over here and parts and put it together and just drive it back and drop it in over a weekend or when I get days off.
