W24 Intake Good For Anything?

On the weekend i picked up a whole wack of FREE 280zx parts some of which include an r200 3.90 diff mint shape,n24 cyl head and valve cover, mint front fenders, a nice hood a back glass louver, rear control arms and a whole bunch of other things one of which is the W24 intake with custom fuel rail and the webbing removed, question is is the w24 intake good for a turbo application?

It's "good" for the engine it came off of.

HBZ had a massive discussion on intakes. IIRC, the turbo manifold & N42 are the best flowing, and are visibly bigger...

I didn't think the n42 was a good option for a turbo motor because i thought it has smaller chambers so more compression meaning less boost friendly? As for my intake, maybe i will chop it up and fab up some sort of custom manifold i have nothing to loose.

I would (and am now that I think about it lol - but that project is yet to be revealed ;p) lop off the runners and use the flange with the injector bungs - weld on new larger runners and make your own plenum
