Hey guys been a while... Just wonder with the vast experience of the members what is the best way to hoist bolt to and pull a l28et out of a 82 s130? And special tools required? I finally sourced one for a decent price and have plans on pulling this weekend. Thanks for the help guys. Maybe I can contribute one day

 

Procedure:
-Disconnect all wires & hoses
-Unbolt everything
-Swing engine hoist into position
-Hook up chains
-Remove engine

My neighbor gave me a 1980 Toyota Corolla (RWD) when I was 15. It needed lots of work, so I worked on it. All through high school I took auto mechanics classes and went to an applied tech school for auto collision repair. I also worked for Nissan for a few years. Now it's just an obsessive hobby.
