Very recently my 83' 280zx has gotten worse and worse at cold starting. The engine rotates and rotates till it finally sputters into life and with a loud misfire the car runs fine. I don't think it is a bad fuel pump because the car runs fine after it is started with no real sense of fuel deprivation. I think it is a cold start valve but anything will help at this point. Help me get my baby running smooth again

Yes... cold start valve (and/or thermotime switch), and/or air regulator. Checkify them.
