Freakin Clutch...

Driving to work today I lost all pressure on my clutch pedal, it will still spring-up into position but it will not give me any chance to shift, I popped the cap off of the master cyl for the clutch & it was a "dark-grey" kinda milky, so I am thinking slave cyl is toast and there is air & water in teh system? I can get a new slave cyl tomorrow what quirks will I have to look out for when I replace it tomorrow?

No quirks...

Replace, fill, bleed. If that's actually the problem.

UPDATE: A friend and myself replaced the clutch last week, today I replaced the clutch soft line with an Earl's unit from MSA, we had to use 2 washers as spacers and a new copper crush washer to install it however my clutch pedal still feels soft, after we bled the system, how do I adjust the clutch pedal in my car?

You can adjust the pedal by loosening the jam nut on the input shaft to the master cylinder and turning the rod further into or out of the pedal. Don't adjust if you have free play in the clevis. If you don't have free play in the clevis then you could not be allowing fluid to return properly to the master or even keeping residual pressure in the line.
