Hey guys my engine is ticking just from the valves I think ...I was told I good probably get rid of it from adjusting something ...anybody do this or know what I'm talking about lol ?....thanks !

 

First off, valves do tick, so the question is how loud does it tick. Anyhow if you know how to adjust valves and it's done correctly, there is nothing left to do unless the engine is tired and you need to rebuild. That's only my two cents.

thanks guys great info!...no i have never adjusted valves but with that handy diagrahm provided i will give it a try.

 

Make sure to warm up engine fully before doing the adjustments.
