Real estate gurus...

Anyone heard of White Hills, AZ? I'm hearing a lot of buzz from the right people in the county and I'm thinking of buying a couple of acres out there. Anyone got any insight?

It's about 30 miles south of Hoover Dam.

Well apparently Jim Rhodes and some other developers bought up a bunch of land out there. I'm thinking that it could potentially be a good investment.

It probably won't get going until after the Hoover dam bypass bridge gets put in (2007) which kinda means that this is the ground floor on what could be a very fast growing community.

If you want something that is booming right now, New Mexico is the place to go. I don't relly know how to spell the city, but its a big one and it starts with Alba. They are about a year behind Phoenix in terms of Real Estate booms, so now is the time to buy. There is also no waiting lists or any of that BS. I was talking to a guy who just bought 60 homes down there!

A-ha! Kirtland AFB, NM. Our sister squadron is out there, as well as the folks that we report to 377 ABW... not that this info will interest anyone...
