as far as your fronts go you can take out your control arm without having destroying your ball hoint.. i did it.. but if your going to swap out your control arm bushings with polly urethanre bushings your gonna have to remove the metal sleeve out of your control arm.. and theres no way your gonna do that if the control arm is still attached to the car.. your either gonna have to get it pressed out or use a hack saw and cut it out...

yeah they jsut pop right in.. that is after you take the metal sleeve out..

2 things first of all are the poly bushings all that people say, and where can you get them?

Yes, they are great. They have a slightly more firm resistance than rubber. All that extra control in your many suspension components transforms into a very noticeable increase in handling response. You can get parts or a whole car kit of bushings from Motorsport Auto or Strictly Z.
