Thats awesome, gave my house on the low side... BankofAmerica.com has the same thing on their website too.. Ive started using that instead of having to fax appraisal requests to my appraisal guy. Much quicker. Good to know theres another site too...

 

Prices look low to me too.

 

According to that website, my house appreciated 17% in 2 years. That seems kinda low since I bought just as the market went crazy.
