I wonder if the top 2 bolts may have settled and need to be tightened again.

 

Well last night I took a flashlight and visually looked at all of the bolts and I couldn't see anything wrong. A gave the shocks and springs a little shake as well and they wouldn't budge. I don't know what it could be. I guess I will just listen closesly when I drive to work to see if I could figure it out.

 

Maybe the adjustment thingy for the spring isn't tight?

 

Whoa whoa whoa..... way too technical for me there, buddy. And I'm pretty sure that the thingy was only on the '03 model. They have since upgraded to the "dealy".

It sounds like a socket or something was left back there. I will have to pull the wheel off and check everything again. Oh, and its on the drivers side rear wheel, which I did, so you are safe Ty lol.

Ok so I just got under there and came to the conclusion that the small washer between the spring and the height adjustment perch is the culpret seeing as it is the only metal on metal connection in the rear spring setup. Why the left side does it and the right doesn't, I have no idea. At least I know that it is not dangerous to drive now. I am going to take that washer out to see if it goes away.

 

Well since I have nothing really major... I might as well finish painting the rear calipers that I never did when I painted the front ones. Btw, did we ever pick a date?

 

Fixed the problem with my suspension. Ther is a little ring on the shock that just needed to be tightened a little more.

So is this tech session going to happen this weekend? My first day off is Friday and I want to take my car on base to install the HID. If there is a session this weekend, I'll hold off on the installation.

 

I am open this Sunday. Ty is planning on going to Cali though and I havent seen Johnny post on here in a while.

Yup. Better safe than sorry. Hopefully in a year or two it will make sense for me to write off a truck on my taxes, so then the Z won't be my daily driver anymore.

 

So is this session this Saturday or Sunday? If you want to do the photo shoot, it'll be probable to work on Saturday and have everything done by Sunday for the shoot.

 

The 20th Im leavin for cali, I dunno when Im coming back... should only be a couple days though.

 

I don't think that the tech session is going to be this weekend.
