Re: drag limits...
Yea.. Got confused there for a second... Wrong direction. Drag is opposite of the directions you're going.. i.e. like a parachute. my bad. Had my head else where.
This may answer your questions though.

Re: drag limits...
Ok....Drag limit is the point that the engine cannot push the car any faster because of the force of the air pushing against the car. Not that the car is reaching the "redline" limit.

Re: drag limits...
well, that will change depending on the amount of power you have. But it's over 150mph.
The drag coefficient is .31 for the NA and .30 for the turbo.

Alright, it's been awhile, so don't beat me up to bad (ahem..az...lol)
Drag Coefficient is the measure of resistance to a bodies movement through a fluid; the lower the CD, the less power needed to move the body. Stick your hand out the window of your car as you're doin 60, you're hand being pushed back is the resistance to air as you move through it, which can be measured as the drag co...now just stick your finger out the window, as you will notice, it is not pushed back as hard as your whole hand was(duh). Your finger has less drag co eff. than your hand. This has to do with the size and shape and weight of the object. According to AZ the z has a dco of .3 to .31 respectively, this is how much resistance your car experiences as it moves forward. The idea being that if you can lower the dco of your car, it will move faster because it will not be slowed down as much by the air it is traveling through. When speaking in the terms of cars, a drag limited speed is the speed that the car will max out at because the resistance to air overcomes the thrust of your engine, if you put that same hand in a tub full of water and try to move it around really fast, you notice that the water slows you way down, same concept, except air instead of water. Your car can not go any faster because it cannot move through the air any faster due to the dco..You can reduce it by reshaping the ext of your car, lightening it up ect.....I think the z looks good as it is. Downforce is the force that is pushing down on your car, keeping it on the ground.(simplified, alot)people use the wings to increase their downforce, so that their car doesn't take off at high speeds, or so they don't lose control when the rear of the car(or front) lifts and you lose contact patch on your tires.
I think that is all I really remember about the stuff......I don't think it is really all that important on the zx, she was never made to be a super sleek racer in that sense. If you want to overcome the dco just get some more hp to the wheels and you'll be fine!
