WOW well its been a long ongoing issue hear in this town with honda civics racing each other to see who has the fastest 4 cyl... lol the cops are getting tired of it and so is the city and guess what ? at the town hall meeting today i heard news of the city " private owner " opening up a drag way ! wow ! i cant wait just wanted to let every one know ! what do yall think a 280zxt will stock ?

Yay, I'm glad for you. Hopefully SD will follow and open up a new one, I miss Carlsbad Raceway and Racelegal is too expensive for being an 1/8 of a mile track... Anyway, if you're asking what a stock zxt will do, I pulled a 15.3 @ 89 mph in an a/t zxt. Only other stock one I saw ran a 15.5 or 15.6, I can't remember as it's been 7 years or so.

 

^^^ I take it that was when your Z was stock? Your Z is faster than mine & I hit 14.4 @ 98 with it not even running good.

 

Dude I was never stock! I had a Tornado, turbo whistler in my exhaust pipe, and chrome hubcap spinnerz yo. Yeah.... Anyway, yep it was stock when I ran the 15.3. Before I did the Z31 swap I ran a 14.3 @ 98 with the tranny starting to slip, but then the track was shut down to make room for more industrial buildings. I have no clue how fast my Z is, but it was quick enough to slightly edge a 335i from a 40 mph roll onto the freeway. Those things are what, mid 13 second cars???
