Search n00b. I've covered how to remedy lifter tick, and it sounds like all you have is an air bubble.

wow, that's totally not the remedy I was referring to (forgot all about that post LOL). In more recent posts, I recommend hopping on the highway, shoving it into third, and doing a couple WOT pulls to get the oil pressure up, thus forcing out air bubbles. If that doesn't do it, we'll try something more evasive.

Just do enough to get the oil pressure up... obviously be careful with the speed you use. The goal is just to force out any air bubbles that may be there.

ok i did that today and guess what ? i think it got worse...could the timing belt of sliped a tooth ? and thats why when the car is fully warmed up that it has a loud valve knock ?
I never had this problem before im disconecting the car battery tonight and tomorow when i drive my car hopefully it was a simle ecu malfunction . If not im gonna make my gurlfriend pay to get new vavles and performance cams etc. lol

not sure what ECU malfuction will cause knocking...

if the timing belt was off, it wouldn't just be knocking, it would be running pretty badly too.

It is not likely that the timing belt would jump a tooth, but it is possible.

I'm almost willing to bet it's not the valves, but rather rod knock. Beginning rod knock is most prominent at a constant RPM.

the knock is at 1,500 rpms' only though ? but its not noticeable when the car is cold. But when the car is warm you can really hear it. MAYBE its a sticky vavle im gonna run the car until gas is low and im gonna try some serious octan booters " NOS " off road.

The noise is located on the passenger side rear top of the engine

my timing belt jumped 5 teeth.... after the tensioner failed... it is possible... you will hear the timing belt flopping around under the cover if the tensioner has failed.
