Any Information on AP Z car at Topeka

You might be able to answer this . There was one Z running in AP at Topeka.
Was he using larger wheels/tires or to light for FP ?

I talked to Dave a little while I was there. The main reason for AP was the wheels and I believe he was a little light, but that would have been an easy fix. It was a pretty nice looking car... Here's a borrowed photo from www.digitalracephotography.com

Tom,
Did you mention this forum to any of the Z guys at Nationals ?
It would be neat to pool all their information on here and have a better showing
in FP next year. Also a lot of guys have been pushing around the idea of moving
the Z's to ESP from BSP .

ESP??? For a 1st gen Z? I don't see that happening. A 300ZX turbo maybe... The first gens are probably a better fit for CSP or DSP, but CSP is especially fast... I'd probably rather run in BSP... Better yet, just gut 'em and come on up to FP!
...sorry, I didn't try and sell the forum too much up there... I'll send a message to John Thomas and see if he wants to drop in and update us on his car.
