seriously... how'd u run over a biker? lol. he alive? sueing? hurt?

 

I came really close to running over the university parking enforcer. He's always on a bike & SERIOUSLY came outta no where (between two parked cars) right in front of me once... he just glared at me and rode on. I woulda said something but then I prolly woulda been given a ticket.
