We can sum up a scam warning in one phrase: DON'T DEAL W/ PEOPLE OFFERING MORE $$$ THAN YOU ARE ASKING, AND DON'T ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS / CASH WIRING FROM SOMEONE YOU DON'T KNOW.

I can't believe you haven't heard of this before.
They also try to use bogus escrow companies that they set up to look like US based businesses. Dont do that stuff. Don't deal internationally.

lol if he had that much it would not be in one of those banks due to possible theft by rebels. It would have been in a french bank or something to that affect.
