Well tonight I was driving home from a friends house @ about 1:30 in the morning. I passed a cop doing about 50-52 in a 45. He pulls me over and claims that I was doing 58! MPH!!!! This cop lives like 4 houses over from mine and tells me that he has pulled me over before speeding threw the neibhorhood.......never happened unless there is a guy in my neghborhood with another white 300zx with my name and lincens plate #. Then he went on about how the neibhors go up to his house and complain that I come threw the neighborhood reving my motor. Which I am very respectful of my neighbors and my loud exhaust so that can't be me unless I have some dick neibhors that like to bitch about everything. Anyways I pretty mad caz the cops here are dicks and now there going to pull me over everytime the see me (happened to my friend got pulled over 5 times in one week!!! for nothing no joke). Oh and also it took three cops to come pull me over!!! Just wanted to vent. Ill get a scan of the warning on here later if anyone is interested.


SUCH BULL SH*T but at least I got off with a warning.

hahaha! My dad barrowed my car the other day at like 6 in the morning and stoped right in front of the cops house and reved it to like 5 grand....lol and my car is freaken loud....no mufflers

Update.....our local police depot has had a problem with their police profileing, and today I passed the cop that pulled me over at an intersection....he then turned right and followed me home....and there are two ways to get to my house.....I took one way and he took the other and was waiting for me right by my house, clocking me im assuming as I was comming down the street. So monday I'm fileing a complaint up at the police depot.

You get pulled over 3 more cops come to the rescue. I swear its like they have nothing better to do then pick on people with nice cars , If he pulls you over again ask him if he wants chesse for that wine.

nka04a you should look up your states revised statuet i know in nv the nrs. say that any one pulled over for speeding has the right to see the read out on the radar gun.and it has to have 3 readings on your car. if they refues they have to state that on your tiket. when you go to court you let the juge know of your reqest and 99% of the time you will win. if he says in court that he was cloking you by folwoing you you ask him in front of the juge why wouldnt you youse the proper tools given to you too be abslutly positive insted of geussing on speeds by folowing me. this rises dought in the juges mind, and 99%time you will win.
there are two reasons why i kniw tese things
1 my uncal is the district atrny and he has told me were to find the laws on certin things
2 man i have hade alot of speeding tikets in my time. i have evan spent the night in jail for over dubling the speed limit. you wana talk about a a** hole cop.any ways thought you might want to know about being abel to ask for the read outs on the gun.

also, ask what kind of radar he used. if its an MPH Bee III in POP mode, ask if he has read the users manual. then reference him to this quote, directly from the manual “A note of caution: Information derived during the POP burst is non-evidential… Citations should not be issued based solely on information derived from the POP burst.” that should hold up in any court, regardless of the state. and if they are legal in your state, i highly reccommend a detector. even if you arent intentionally speeding, they are a nice heads up to check your speed.

i agree with entropy31. when i had my v8 z31 i was harased all the time. my exast tipes were to big my car was too louad chirping my wheels list gose on.i bought a valintin one grat if notthe beast radardetector. tells you how many cops and which way there coming from. and you can get a stelt box for it so cops cant see it.

yeah, i got the chance to borrow a V1 for one of my san diego to seattle runs. saved my *** a few times. i believe its the only one with two antennas, one forward and one rear. that feature helped me when i had two cops leapfrogging me. i came under an overpass doing about 110 and the V1 went nuts, so i stood on the brakes. i must have slowed down quick enough that they couldent get a reading, and so for about 10 exits one would come up from behind slowly, then speed up and pass me and get off at the next exit to wait for me, and the other guy would come up and do the same thing, hoping i would speed up again. but the V1 would be beeping well before i saw them in the rearview. right now i've only got a midrange belltronics, which is better than nothing.

What is this V1 where can I find it. Iv been meaning to get a radar detector but havent been able to afford one. I just now got a sweet job so now I can afford one I hope sounds like it would be pricey.
