Medford, Eagle Point, White City... I work for Schucks (Kragen in CA) and I'll be at the Schucks North East Medford at 3555 Crater Lake Hwy. I looking to buy a house just out side of Medford like Eagle Point (no smog), but 1st I'll need to rent for a short time... After I get all settled in, I'll go back to fixing and selling cars... now $$$ is tight

For the battery, check with Kragen and ask for a Bear Cat. A Bear Cat it a battery that is over a year old and tests good, or a return they had to take back that can't be sold as new... $25, where in CA do you live???

thats the big un out by costco.
good luck on findin a house to rent, every ones renting now that they are getting their homes forclosed upon, might be easier to find a house.

I unfortunantly live with my parents, i moved back in with them so i could save up to go to japan and i was gettin ready to look for another place when i got laid off so now i am stuck, atleast i can still make my car payments

There's a Schucks and a new Autozone here in Klamath Falls. No smog inspections, and houses are usually much cheaper to rent of buy in Klamath County. (just have to deal with the snow in the winter lol)

i would not use a hose at first... that will speed up any rust issues you might have inside the tank. first off take off all of the rubber parts that you can, then get some acidic acid and dilute it 10/1 and flush the tank with that. Then get a tank sealer and seal the tank. I think you can get a kit for almost all of it for under $100. Or call around to some radiator shops to see if they do it. I had one cleaned and sealed for about $80. Remember water and rust = trouble.

medford city limits are the only places you'd need to worry about smog but you 300zx is an 87 right? unless theres some sort of technical issue comming up from california you shouldnt need to smog it since it is over 20 years old.

i'd give the OR DMV a jingle on that one though

OR smog web site said all cars coming to the state will need smog, only one time cars that are 1) older than 20 years old or 2) if you live outside the smog line, but I still need to sale it to help pay for the move. I'm looking on needing $900 for 1st + last + $1000 deposit + $300 deposit for the dog, now don't get me wrong, I found a place to rent for less, with no last month needed less deposit, but I already live in the F@@@ed up part of town. I know crappiest part of Medford is better than here in North Highkands CA. I've lived in a 950 sq foot, 3 bed 1 bath old 1950's house, for the last 9 years with 5 of us, now I moving in to a 1500 sq foot new, 2007 home in Eagle Point...

you'd be supprised about the crappiest part of town but you never know.
you lookin for another Z though?
i'm not selling mine but i comb the streets regularly and i might add people dont know what kind of z from their own ***. so some times a deal pops up

trust me, idiots telling me they have parts for 6 cylinder Z's that will work on most cars till 83, freakin v6...which granted i could use parts off of but not for my 280. that kind of stupid

Yes it does. They also have a 1/4 mile drag strip in White City called Champion Raceway. It's right off Hwy 140 about 1/2-3/4 mile east of Crater Lake Hwy in the Jackson County Sports Park. In the spring and summer I believe they also do autocross there.
