I agree... $2k isn't a big diff, but it's $2k less I have to pay now, as long as all this doesn't set the date farther back.

Naw... it's not a big deal. It's only $101k... the monthly payments will be about $620. Plus it's obviously going to still increase in value. It appraised at $85k in May 06 & now in Dec it's at $101... Not bad!

My suburb is really bad...but I dont really live in it...Im in the very last street connected to a decent one. 3 bedroom villas like the one I live in go for 280-300k at the moment at least...this is why I rent, way overpriced
